Founder · Concept Evolutions, LLC
Greg is an independent advisor and consultant with a background spanning product management, corporate finance, treasury operations, and capital markets, built across careers in payments and financial technology. He founded Concept Evolutions to bring institutional-grade analytical rigor to engagements that larger firms overlook or overprice.
His capital markets work has included end-to-end SEC registration, PCAOB audit preparation, and ongoing public company reporting, executed with lean teams and limited outside counsel. His current focus extends into industrial site development and energy infrastructure, where he applies the same systematic research discipline to infrastructure due diligence, utility coordination, and investor positioning for high-value land assets.
Greg operates as a principal partner, not a staffed engagement, which means clients work directly with the person who holds the relationships, understands the numbers, and is accountable for the outcome.
Greg is presently engaged in infrastructure due diligence and investor packaging for a 150-acre industrial-zoned parcel in western North Dakota, targeting data center and energy infrastructure buyers. The engagement includes direct coordination with electric transmission, fiber, and municipal utility providers, as well as preparation of investor-facing materials for developer outreach.
Operating Principles
No unconfirmed figures. Every infrastructure claim, cost estimate, or capacity figure that enters an investor document is sourced, named, and confirmed in writing.
Principals work with principals. Clients engage with Greg directly — not a junior associate — at every stage of an engagement.
Sequencing matters. The most valuable thing an advisor can do is ensure the right things happen in the right order. Deal structure, compensation conversations, and buyer outreach are all deliberately timed.
Entity
Concept Evolutions, LLC is registered in Florida and North Dakota, with active site engagements in both states. Greg operates across practice areas; infrastructure & site development, capital markets, and strategic advisory; and engages on a selective basis aligned to the nature of the opportunity.
